BEWARE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!It's a worst hospital that I have ever been with unnecessary tests being done by doctors in ER to extract money from Insurance companies and patients. I went for an ER one day and had to go for outpatient surgery as recommended by doctor. they did blood transfusion. Then next day I had to go to ER to due to pain in chest. ER doctor did all sorts test CT Scan, Xray etc. Even if doctor concluded that it was due to blood transfusion being given fast he still asked to go for EKG (just in case). At that point we didn't realize but got heavy medical bills of $2500 for just one ER visit. They just squeeze money out of you by conducting unncessary tests. ER is a big fraud.

I visited the emergency room on 11/11 around 8:20 or so because of stomach pains. I won’t get into my detailed health history here but i will say that i do not feel that i was i was listened to, let alone treated for, what i went in for. I mentioned i had an upcoming doctors appointment later this week because of some of my concerns but due to the pain, i was unable to wait. It felt as though once i said that they no longer seemed interested in helping me. I’d like to note that most of the staff seemed nice. Megan the nurse and the young paramedic student were wonderful people, however were unable to get an IV in my arm. Resulting in about 10-15 minutes of fiddling around with a needle with started to create serious anxiety for me. As they were doing this, they sent another nurse in to ask me questions. I found her to be a little too aggressive. I had a small anxiety attack. It almost felt as though after that they no longer took me serious. I expressed that what brought me in tonight was the pain and that i brought with me the information i was going to bring to my doctor as i was sure it was all tied together. She said she was not interested in looking and left the room. The other two never were able to get the IV in so the stress and bruises in my arms were for nothing, literally. A doctor came in maybe 20 minutes later and told me i was being discharged. If i have a doctor appointment Wednesday i can talk to my doctor then . No tests done other than routine blood work and urine sample. Stomach pains not addressed. I again offered my notes to the doctor, stating that if i hadn’t felt in pain or that it wasn’t an emergency i wouldn’t have come tonight and would have waited for my regularly scheduled appointment. He said ok, “I’ll go find you a referreral or something and disappeared”. I understand that emergency rooms are not primary car doctors but you are still in the business of caring for people. I left there feeling the same exact pain. With my pain literally not being investigated or addressed AT ALL. I’m no doctor but someone who has pains shooting from the front to back of their stomach shouldn’t be discharged in less than an hour and a half. My pain has not gone away. Continues to get worse. And now less than 12 hours later i find myself enroute to another emergency room. I’m unsure if it’s something i said or did that caused you all to treat me with such disdain but you should really listen to your patients. Just because you’ve done your job for X amount of years doesn’t mean you know everything. Humble yourself. Take a step back. Again. I would not have driven a half hour away in the cold on a Saturday night for something i have an upcoming appointment for if i didn’t truly deem it an emergency and i don’t appreciate being tossed right back out on my ass. neg·li·gence ˈneɡləjəns/Submit noun failure to take proper care in doing something.
